1. Who we are
MusicReady Ensemble (“we”, “us”) provides ensemble management software for band, orchestra and choir directors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Contact us at hello@musicready.app with any questions.
2. Information you provide
You create an account with your email address and a password. You may also enter information about your ensembles and members — for example names, instruments, contact details, attendance and medical notes — so you can run your program. You are responsible for collecting and handling member information in line with your own obligations and obtaining any consents required to share it with us.
3. How we use information
We use the information you provide to operate, maintain and improve the service, to communicate with you about your account and subscription, and to provide the features you request (such as emailing announcements to your members).
4. Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Stripe handles payment information securely and we only receive confirmation of your subscription status.
5. Storage and security
Your data is stored securely on the platform’s hosted infrastructure. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share data only as needed to operate the service (for example with our payment processor and hosting provider) or where required by law.
7. Your rights and choices
You can access, correct or delete the information you have entered at any time from within the app. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You may contact us to request export or deletion of your account data.
8. Children
The service is intended for use by directors and other adults managing ensembles. Member information about students is entered and managed by the director, who is responsible for obtaining appropriate consents from parents or guardians.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where practicable, and the updated policy will apply from the effective date.
